Puzzle Blast — Privacy Policy

1. Publisher and contact
The controller for the publisher’s processing described here is MintNet Kierzkowski Sebastian, ul. M. Skłodowskiej-Curie 19, 59-225 Chojnów, Poland. Tax ID: 691-208-51-24. Privacy contact: biuro@mintnet.pl.
Google Play Games and cloud saving
You can play without signing in. Optional Google Play Games sign-in and cloud saving or restoring are available only to players who selected the 18 and older age range. The service is initialized only when the player explicitly uses a cloud feature. For minors and players of unknown age, progress stays on the device. After the first manual upload, the game may continue saving automatically during that session. Google stores a copy linked to your player profile: board and level, results and gameplay statistics, helper balances and rewards, picture history, sound and effects settings, days played and tutorial status. Age range and advertising consent are excluded. The publisher does not operate a cloud-save server and does not obtain your Google account email, password or contacts through the game interface.
Google handles authentication, player identifiers and service data under its own policy. Disconnecting or clearing the app’s storage does not automatically remove the cloud copy. You can delete the game’s Play Games data in Google Play Games settings: Google’s instructions. The app does not provide a publisher-operated remote deletion function.
2. Game data stored on your device
Puzzle Blast does not require an account. Progress, settings, helper balances, the history of pictures used in each category, tutorial status, days played and results are stored locally. Results include difficulty, moves, time, hints, shuffles and blocked-board counts used for balance testing. The game does not automatically send these records to the publisher. Optional Google Play Games cloud saving is described in the cloud-saving section. If you voluntarily send test results to us, we use them to investigate your report and improve the game.
The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. Local records can be removed by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings; this also deletes progress.
3. Advertising
The Android app integrates Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and full-screen ads between levels. The current testing version uses Google demonstration ad units; the browser preview simulates ads. A confirmed rewarded ad grants 5 hints or 3 uses of the selected helper: shuffle, Find set or delivery. Helpers have limited balances. Interstitial ads may appear after a completed level; they are not shown after a loss. Production builds use the publisher’s ad units.
Google’s advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), device and account identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Transmission uses TLS encryption. Processing depends on the configuration and applicable privacy choices. No other advertising network or separate remote analytics SDK is integrated in this version.
Details: Google SDK data disclosure, Google Privacy Policy. Advertising partners applicable to a consent message are listed in that message.
4. Privacy choices and age range
Settings → Privacy & age choices provides access to age selection and Google User Messaging Platform privacy choices. Available choices depend on your region and the publisher’s configured messages. Where required, you can reopen privacy options to change or withdraw consent. Refusing personalisation does not prevent ordinary gameplay.
The app asks for an age range before requesting consent or ads: under 13, 13–17, or 18 and older. It stores the range locally, not a full birth date. Both minor ranges receive the stricter advertising treatment and under-age-of-consent flag; ad content is restricted to category G. The game remains playable without selecting a range. This describes the implementation rather than a claim of certification under any children’s programme. Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising identifier.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Where the publisher processes personal data, providing requested game functions relies on performance of the agreement to use the game; answering support enquiries relies on the legitimate interest in providing support; handling statutory requests relies on legal obligations. Personalisation and device access requiring consent rely on consent, where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Google describes its own processing bases in its policies.
6. Retention, recipients and international transfers
Local game records and age range remain until app data is removed. Consent records are managed by Google UMP. Google’s retention periods are described in its policies.
Email correspondence includes your address, message and voluntary attachments. We retain it while handling your case and for up to 12 months after closure, except where law requires longer retention. Authorised support staff and our mail infrastructure provider, Hetzner, may access it as necessary to provide their services.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its safeguards are described in Google’s international data transfer frameworks. The publisher does not use game results for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Google may personalise ads where permitted by age, settings and consent.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. Contact biuro@mintnet.pl or the postal address above. We may request only information necessary to verify a request. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO, or your competent supervisory authority. The publisher cannot remotely delete local game data. Clearing app storage does not automatically delete information already processed by Google.
Sharing the game
Sharing and opening Google Play to rate the game are available only to players who selected the 18 and older age range. These actions are blocked for minors and players of unknown age.
The share button passes text and a game link to an app you choose. The game does not read contacts or send messages to friends automatically. You choose the message and recipients in the destination app.
8. Updates
We update this policy when the game’s data practices change. The current version is available on this page. If you have questions, contact biuro@mintnet.pl.
